Guidelines for writing your reaction paper

1. What are your learning?

The first thing I learned was about family and how to appreciate more the ones
we love in life, especially the sick. A great father who was determined, brave,
resourceful, strategic, patient, and loving. Let us love our parents even more, especially
our father, who sacrifices for our good future. In addition to giving time and attention to
the family, I also learned to value each other by listening when they have a problem and
cheering them up when they can, defending them when someone oppresses them and it's
not really their fault, saying they are doing it wrong and coping with every trial they face.
One of the things I learned is the constant communication with them when they are far
away. It can't be lost because, as a family, they just deserve to know what is happening to
you because they will appreciate you as a family. Another thing is to take time, even if
you are too busy. You can't lose it because we don't know what time will bring. As long
as they are alive and we can be with them, we will make them feel important and we love
them. And the power of research to solve issues and develop new knowledge to help
others for a better future was also something I recognized. I also learnt how to be loyal to
myself and others by watching John handle his request to an investor in a way that was
both personal and professional. Working not only for one's personal benefit, but also for
the benefit of others, enlightening ourselves as well as others, is something I appreciate.
It's uncalled for to fight with your coworker at work, but it also helped Dr. Stonehill and
John Crowley form a bond. If we make our lives more purposeful, the impossible will
become feasible.
2. What are your insight?

It was shown in the film that reality is cruel because of how unfair it is for those
at the top to be treated as if they were powerless and incapable. Persuasion is also one of
the most important skills for gaining people' trust. I'd like to see how rewarding it feels to
accomplish achievement after taking a tremendous risk. Our parents don't always show us
how much they love us, but when a child is hurting, they suffer as well, and they will do
everything they can to help their children live happily. It is also necessary to be positive
and courageous so as not to be discouraged by it. I believe that every human problem has

an inherent solution, that will not be given to us if we cannot overcome it. It's up to us
how to solve it and we have to learn all that. because I'm not the type to just give up, I
want to make the most of every minute of my life

3. Relate to our subject The Entrepreneurial Mind

It has to do with the entrepreneurial mind of John Crowley through the mindset he
has created, sought and solved the problem. When he learns that a scientist is researching
a possible cure for pompe, is to take advantage of the opportunity. He has the skills and
motivation to innovate something not only for his children, but also for other parents who
have children with the same disease, so I'll use an example from the movie. The
entrepreneurial mindset is also suited to John's ability to persuade and keep upbeat even
when the circumstances aren't on his side. It is process of improving the knowledge and
entitled as entrepreneurs with the help to handle and manage business. To help prepare
for core principles of business and with critical and analytical skills. To improve my
knowledge and experience and to learn how to handle situations in the present and future
finance managing. And it is connected to an attitude a person's mind that is creative,
active, provides the capacity to achieve everything unique and new.

4. Relate to your course BSBA Financial Management

To relate this movie in Financial management the movie has a scene where John
is in lack of money to pursue his goal with Dr. Stonehill he ask for donations where he
handles the budget needed for his goal even if it’s not within his reach yet, he also find
investors for the project to work that led them having more staff and profit when they
succeed. As a student of financial management, I noticed in another scene of the movie
the importance of fund management per need. The good way to organize fund
management. This is important through demonstrated strategies and a good process of
making financial decisions for new ventures. It shares ideas and knowledge of what to do
and how to handle business finances. It is important to reflect on the business
performance and financial position of the company through strategic decision-making,
budgeting, and making the right investments when it comes to its financial activity. It
helps my financial skills to evaluate and take appropriate decisions to solve the financial
management problems in the future growth of the company.

5. Relate as future Entrepreneurs and or as professionals

MARY JOY M. CRUZ

As future entrepreneurs, this film will help to understand the reality of the
business world, how investors become almost like sharks when they invest and want
more profit until the entrepreneur is exhausted for them. It will also show you that you
can succeed even if it isn't the entrepreneur's time, if you put your heart and soul into it. It
is this process of finding investors that tends to consume nearly all of the focus of most
entrepreneurs, who need to approach problem-solving in a creative way and find
innovative solutions. It helps my financial skills to my future to evaluate and take
appropriate decisions to solve the financial management problems in the future growth of
the company and to help make the right decisions to achieve the company's financial
goals.
