1 Goal - Become an IT specialist

To date, I know how to use +C, Microsoft word, Power Point, Excel, Photoshop.

What I need to achieve this goal - Finish university, take IT courses, look for no-pay consultancies, learn
application development software. Talk to successful IT specialists.

Skills
To succeed as an IT specialist, I will need:
- Time management.

- Ability to work in a team.

- Communication skills.

- Emotional intelligence.

- Memory and attention.

- Creative thinking.

- Proactivity.

- Purposefulness and the ability to bring things to an end.

Target date - September 2028

2 Goal - Open your own business (gym)

To date, I am the Master of Sports of Ukraine, I have experience as a coach.

What I need to achieve this goal - Make the right amount of money, take business courses, move abroad,
decide on the location, rent premises, hire staff.

Skills
To succeed as a Bussinesman, I will need:

-Awareness of the rules of business communication.

-Negotiation skills.
-Working with and processing large amounts of information.

-Strategic planning.

-Identification of possible risks, their evaluation and elimination. Skills and abilities to take important decisions
independently.

-Literate speech and writing.

-Delegation and personnel tasking skills.

-Proficiency in several foreign languages.

-Working with documentation.

-Maintaining management accounting.

-Selecting personnel and formation of the system for their motivation.

-Control of the production process.
