10 years from now…

For me every student has an ideal career, if its for their family, or
for them self. If I can see myself in 10 years, I would be a engineer, or a
chemical engineer. If I can see my self successful I must possess some
of the ideal competencies of a successful chemical engineer, like being a
good leader to my ideal team since I need to teach them new learning
techniques on how to solve some problems in case of emergency. I must
be a continuous learner so that I can learn new things when it comes to
technology and some chemicals. We chemical engineer posses great
knowledge In math, some basic programming and lastly science. Having
Good competencies or being posses with it can help you to be a
successful programmer even to your chosen career.

If you’re a chemical engineer you need to be a critical thinker

since your job is to face some problems of some chemicals. Pollution is
an example. Being resilience can help you successfully adapting to
difficult or challenging life experiences, especially through mental,
emotional, and behavioral flexibility and adjustment to external and
internal demands. So keep in mind the competencies that can help you to
have successful life to your future.
