or credits will not be applied.

Customers receive immediate email(s) with device checklist, FAQs tracking


numbers and the AT&T Trade-In Dept. contact information.

Trade-In | Credits & Billing cycles

Promotion credits are applied over 36-month device installment


period.

Promotion credits take up to 3 billing cycles to appear on the


customer’s bill.

Any device payments made will be applied in credits over 36-


month installment period (retroactive)

Any remaining balance on device(s) must be paid in full BEFORE


trade-in takes place; there is no buy-out offer.
