To Whom it May Concern,

It is a pleasure to tell you about my positive experiences working with Ms. Morgan Rodgers for
the past 3 years. Ms. Rodgers has served as a special education paraprofessional and
substitute at Livingston Elementary School. During this time, Ms. Rodgers has always presented
herself in a professional manner and has developed positive relationships with her students and
coworkers. Morgan’ dedication to the students and to her professional growth has been
outstanding.

Morgan has worked directly with several of my first grade students in my general education
classroom and when they receive instruction in the special education classroom. Ms. Rodgers
has provided academic, social, and emotional support to these children with varying disabilities.
Her interactions with all children are calm, reassuring, and supportive of the individual needs of
each student. Morgan has a keen understanding of children through her academic studies,
work experience, and through observations and self reflection when working with children.

Ms. Rodgers has made a commitment to her own education with the goal of becoming a teacher
and making a difference in the lives of young children. I am glad that Morgan has chosen the
field of education and the students in her future classes will be lucky to have her as their
teacher. Morgan will provide a caring and respectful environment where her students will learn
and grow in academics as well as emotionally and socially.

I highly recommend Ms. Rodgers for a teaching position that she is interested in. Please let me
