    Treated Water

    Waste Water to the STP and Hospital ETP shall undergo primary, secondary and tertiary treatment to achieve
    the desired parameters as per CPHEEO: 2013 - Manual on sewerage and sewage treatment. Post these
    processes, this treated water shall be re-used for various purposes of non-domestic nature:-

    a. Flushing Water:
    Treated water from the STP, ETP shall be used for supplying to the WC’s and Urinals for flushing purposes.
    There shall be a separate flushing line from the STP for this purpose. This water shall not, by any means, be
    mixed/interchanged with the domestic water lines.

    b. Soft Water:
    Treated water from STP, ETP shall undergo further softening and will be stored in the soft water tank kept in
    the STP room. Separate soft water line shall be provided from this tank to the soft water tank kept near the
    Cooling towers, for further distribution.

    c. Water for Road washing/Irrigation/Horticulture:


    Treated water from STP, ETP shall be supplied to the garden hydrants for the purpose of irrigation, gardening
    etc.
