DESIGNATION: EXECUTIVE - CORPORATE FINANCE (1 YEAR CONTRACT)

ROLE PROFILE

• Preparation of periodic MIS reporting and board presentations

• Support preparation of in-depth variance analysis and periodic management reports for review

• Assist year-end consolidation and Annual report preparation

• Assist in direct/indirect taxes and attending to tax compliance matters of the Company

• Coordinate with internal, and external auditors, banks, statutory bodies, and other stakeholders

• Preparation and maintenance of the company's general ledger, and periodic closure of books in compliance
with financial reporting standards

• Periodic trade, treasury, and debt portfolio reporting and preparation of board presentations

• Periodic preparation of group consolidated cash flow and preparation of board presentations

• Perform additional duties that commensurate with the current role as and when requested by the
management
PERSONAL PROFILE

• Partial qualification from a recognized accounting body preferably CA/ ACCA/CMA/CPA/CIMA

• A degree from a reputed university preferably in either Finance and Accounting/Management or Commerce
(inclusive of Accounting and Tax Modules). Candidates who are with pending results can also be considered
with a transcript.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in an audit firm and/or a mercantile with exposure to accounting,
auditing, and tax handling

• Ability to work in an ERP-enabled business environment

• Proficiency in Excel, PPT and Word is a must

• Strong business/financial acumen, analytical skill, and the ability to meet strict timelines

• Excellent communication and team working skills for cross-functional collaboration

• Ability to work with minimum supervision and be attentive to details and accuracy of all deliverables
