i. Discussing the 1st quarter extension of the AYE Project, and developing a workplace for
the lessons Learned, and for the challenges encountered.
ii. Discussing the Male staff’s regular and on-time attendance to the offices, and what gaps
should fill during the three months’ extension period of the Project.
iii. Discussion and the Female Staff status during the three months’ extension of the
Project, and what possible contribution they could make from home.
iv. Discussing the findings of the M&E, and placing an effective coordinating mechanism
with the line Directorate for future reference.
v. Starting initial working on Material for Thematic, Peer Education and Education Classes.
vi. Discussing and placing a unified Reporting Format including data collection tools, and
data verification tools.
vii. Recommendation and suggestion in any of the above areas mentioned, especially ones
for the improvement and betterment of the MYCs.
