DEED OF CONDITIONAL SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Sale of Personal Property made and executed by and between:

ALDIN A. ARNADO, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of

Purok 8, Brgy. 9 Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, Philippines, (hereinafter
referred to as the "VENDOR");

- and -

RICKY C. CAMACHE, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of

Purok 9 Dologon Maramag Bukidnon, Philippines, (hereinafter referred to
as the "VENDEE");

WITNESSETH; That -

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the lawful owner of a certain 1 set (4 pieces) of Navara
Rims and Tires more particularly described as follows:

TIRE SIZE: NAVARA VL18 INCH 255/60 R18

MAKE: TOYO OPEN COUNTRY

WHEREAS, the VENDOR desires to sell the aforementioned personal property to the
VENDEE and the latter is willing to purchase the same from the VENDOR;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and the
covenants hereinafter stipulated, the parties hereby agree as follows:

A. Purchase Price - The total purchase price in installment shall be FORTY FIVE
THOUSAND PESOS (P 45,000.00 ), Philippine Currency, payable in TWENTY (20)
equal weekly installments of TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS
(P 2,250.00 ) each, starting from October 22, 2022 and until fully paid;

B. Delay or Default in Payment - Should the VENDEE fail to pay any installment due on
the purchase price in accordance with the immediately preceding paragraph, the
VENDOR shall have the option of rescinding the instant Agreement by serving on the
VENDEE, his agents, or representatives, Notice of Rescission;

C. Delivery - The subject personal property shall be delivered to the possession of the
VENDEE upon the signing of this Deed of Conditional Sale and from that time on and
up to full payment thereof, the risk of loss, damage, and accident of the subject motor
vehicle, shall be borne by the VENDEE;
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands and affixed their
signatures this 13th day of October 2022 at Malaybalay Bukidnon, Philippines.
