Legalization Of Abortion

Introduction:
“Abortion is legal almost everywhere, not because people all over the world love to kill babies for
fun, but because a fetus is not a baby.” That quote is from Oliver Markus Malloy.

Numerous topics have polarized the general public. Another one of these is abortion. Abortion
legalization is a popular idea, and in my opinion it should be legalized for many reasons, and one of them is
that I believe it is a human right. Getting an abortion is the act of ending a pregnancy in order to prevent the
birth of the child. It's also referred to as "pregnancy termination" in some circles. Abortion-inducing
methods such as the pill are only one of several options that have been developed. My beliefs have been
challenged and modified along the road, but now it's my job to create an opinion based on national ideas,
facts, and laws. Abortion must be made lawful in all countries and territories by both religions and
governments alike.

Body:
Abortion should be made legal in all states, including mine. People should plan their families, and
society should enable women to stop undesired pregnancies to deal with birth control failures, rape, and
incest. To put raped women through labor is cruel. The mother has a right to make her own decisions since
it is her body that no one else has access to. A young girl is not ready for the responsibilities of adulthood.
Many rape victims couldn't accept the fact that this was how they became pregnant. Suppose that the child's
biological parents don't want him to live in this terrible world. An unborn child is not a person nor living in
the eyes of the law or science, thus abortion cannot be considered murder or the taking of a life. Equal
access to safe abortion services is a fundamental human right. No one is compelled to undergo an abortion
in countries where it is safe and legal.

If you're able to have children, it should be up to you what you do with your body and your unborn
kid after you have given birth. Abortion is not usually performed when a woman became pregnant by
mistake. Medical reasons make it impossible for some parents to carry their babies to term, and this is an
EMOTIONAL and TRULY TRAUMATIC decision for the entire family. Abortion is a fundamental human
right to which everyone has access. Everyone has the right to life, health, and freedom from violence,
discrimination, and torture or other brutal or degrading treatment under international human rights law.
ABORTION
Despite popular belief, abortion is no longer considered a crime since, as I previously stated,
that a fetus does not constitute a person. Abortion must be legalized in order to protect women's health
and human rights. Bodily autonomy is defined in human rights legislation as the freedom to make
your own decisions regarding your body. Abortion rights groups throughout the world are working to
change legislation and improve access to family planning options. Forcing someone to continue an
undesired pregnancy or to seek an unsafe abortion is a violation of their human rights.

Conclusion:
In short the legalization of abortion on some basis which amongst others include: risky health
situation of the mother and baby that can lead of life, family planning and that abortion operations will
only be carried out by medical experts. The mere perception that abortion is unlawful or immoral
leads to the stigmatization of women and girls by health care staff, family members, and the judiciary,
among others. Moreover, children brought up in such environments usually have many challenges
during their lives including lack of basic needs, but also affects the entire society. Consequently,
women and girls seeking abortion risk discrimination and harassment. Some women have reported
being abused and shamed by health care providers when seeking abortion services or post-abortion
care.
