Leadership and management are like bread and butter. In your breakfast meal, the butter
complements the bread. It will not just complete your breakfast meal but it will also taste better
as it matches the plain flavor of the bread. By the same token, management is like bread. As we
have known, bread is a staple food in most countries. Management is also vital in an
organization. It determines the productivity of the workers’ tasks and development. Furthermore,
In order to enhance or improve the management, butter or what we called leadership is one
ingredient in making this happen. These two must go conjointly in the fulfillment and success of
the organization.
2. Open-minded - Every problem has its own solution as they said. But I believe, problems have
a lot of ways to be solved. It’s just up to your principles and weighting scale on which path or
formula you think is suited for each dilemma.
3. Flexible- Every individual is unique in a certain way. With that, a leader must be able to
complement, adjust, and control his/her people in meeting their goal as a team.
4. Respectable - Moral values we are showing to others show and magnetize people to follow,
contribute wholeheartedly in achieving their target goals.
