How can you describe a good leader? How does a good leader contribute to the overall
performance of the group in achieving their objectives?

A good leader is predominantly based and able to comprehend logically. Also, would be
the one who serves as a guide, as a chief, and somebody who tends to lead a group of people.
A representative who can strengthen and have potential to enhance the capabilities from his or
her group members rather than serving like a manager. Not only can a great leader could see
circumstance overall, but he is also capable of narrowing down the cause and pursuing a remedy
to its dilemma. Leaders can also be personally motivated to achieve one's goals and strive harder
in order to achieve positive outcome throughout the organization.
Being an accommodating and approachable leader means having the capacity of a person
or a group of individuals to guide, manage, or control various groups of persons or organizations.
Leadership includes having a specific vision, ensuring able to convey perspective to team
members, being able to coordinate quickly and efficiently, motivating subordinates to achieve the
priorities of the organization and managing the potential conflicts of interest of both colleagues
and members. A good leader will respond with his or her members' viewpoints and encourage
everyone from doing better. And it will make a smoother workflow for the group as the leader and
the participants share one main objective and appreciate one another, also they collaborate with
people to accomplish the very same goals. Strong leadership appears mostly when work is being
done excellently, but also when circumstances are tough. They are appreciated, not hated mostly
by individuals surrounding themselves. in addition, leaders would inspire the members throughout
the group to work harder and make further meaningful contributions to the improvement of the
organization. Leadership is not really about striving for a single-handed objective. In reality,
leadership is about encouraging and empowering people to do work together through a purpose.
Strong leaders are the keys to improving efficiency and morality within the members of the
organization.
While motivational variables differ throughout the organization, there are also several
leadership characteristics similar to effective leaders. Leadership attributes that affect target
accomplishment include the ability to establish a compelling vision, the ability to appreciate
corporate culture, the ability to concentrate on success improvement, and the ability to improve
innovation. Dealing with various teams is challenging at first, particularly unless there is no
appropriate coordination, however with the aid of a good leader, the challenge will be resolved
and now all the members of the group will function smoothly. Therefore, finding a good leader in
the community that helps the team itself will benefit the organizations when striving towards the
same objective.
