APPLICATION
• Step 1 : Surface cleaning by means of wire brushing,chiseling & surface grinding,
The surface shall be clean, sound, dry and free from grease, oil,

After & Before Grinding Grinding Work

• Step 2 :- Once the grinding done apply the 1st coat of FlowArm Primer 1290
by Roller or trowel.

• Step 3 : After 1st coat if there is any pot holes, surface undulation, we used Epoxy Repair Mortar
for pot holes filling & again go for hand grinding for better surface level.

• Step 4 : After 1st coat of FlowArm Primer 1290 same day after drying this coat or next day
apply scratch coat (2nd coat of FlowArm Primer 1291) on the entire area.

• Step 5 : After the scratch coat next day or same day after 3-4 hrs. parking margins , arrow lines
marking shall be done with masking tape.

• Step 6 : Apply FlowArm Coat EC-S Golden Yellow in parking margins by trowel or roller &
FlowArm Coat EC-S White in arrow by trowel or roller.
2nd coat shall be applied after drying of 1st coat for proper finish .
Use roller for texture finish.
• Step 7 : On next day before starting the PU coating cover all the margins & arrows with the masking tape.
• Step 8 : After covering all the margins & arrows, start the FlowArm Deck Coat PU-1 French Blue
on parking area with trowel & rollers.

Start spreading PU coat with the trowel

• Step 9 : Apply FlowArm Deck Coat PU-1 MYK Grey on drive way area with trowel & roller.

Roller application for better surface texture.
