 Step for remove installation using tools and material
1. Jacking ( Maintenance Pratices )
Use the jack that has been provided to unclog the wheel
from the nose to the landing gear, then move the jack gear
to the jack point, then the landing gear nose, and the main
landing gear RH and LH to the jacking on the plane. Make
sure the jack position is at the jack point.
2. Renovating the aircraft using a spirit level laterally and
longitudinally at predetermined positions. And also make
sure that the spirit level is located in its position, so there
are no errors in measurement.
3. Steering control on reference 12-20-01
The tool needed is a combination key to remove the root
linkage, or to connect the rudder with the steering, the
lubricate the steering control to carry out lubrication and
safety.

4. Cone fuslage on reference 06-30-00


To remove the fuselage cones on the plane, we use a
philips srewdriver, which is to remove the cones on the
fuselage, the cones on the back of the plane, we will do a
security ceck to see if anything is dented, missing, cracked or
damage.
5. Detect corrosion on bolts, washers, nuts, by manual
inspection.
If there is corrosion on the bolts that have been checked,
then proceed to the NDT process based on manual
maintenance cleaning procedures using the tools provided
to clean the corrosion on the bolts.
6. Aft fuselage cone
Check the cones on the rear of the fuselage, check the
condition of the aft fuselage cones, whether there is damage
to the paint, missing screws, dents, if demage is found,
repair it using the tools provided, or if there are components
that are no longer fit for use and should be replaced as soon
as possible. check carefully so that you are not mistaken.
7. Rudder control system Reference 06-30-00
To remove the rudder from the plane we have to use the
combination key provided, after the rudder is removed we have
to do a visual inspection check on the plane such as damage to
the skin on the plane, there are cracks, missing, dented,
damage, and check security. Then take measurements using
the protractor with the specified size such as 25 degrees to RH
measure carefully using the tool, don’t make a mistake in
measuring excess or decrease in measurement that will affect
the aircraft.
8. Installation procedure
Reattach the rudder that was dismantled earlier to the
aircraft, then attach the bolts and nuts again tightly or tightly,
install them according to the information specified according to
the standards contained in ATA 20, install the linkage to
connect to the rudder using a combination lock. then install the
fuselage cone and tail cone, so that the plane is in position, and
take measurements for the rudder position at 25 degrees RH,
25 degrees LH and adjust it to the center degree, the next step
is to remove the jack from the landing gear and reattach the
wheel chock, clean the entire area on the aircraft, check the
tools and fittings used before, and store the equipment in the
tool box and clean the area.
