PROCESS OF INCINERATION OF EXPIRED, DAMAGED AND NON-SALABLE ITEMS.

1. Remove all expired, damaged, and non-saleable goods from inventory.


2. Keep all stock separately in a “Not For sale” Room, means out of the inventory (Purchase
return zone)
3. Make a list of all items which need to be send to incineration vendor.
4. Pack all the items in box as per the requirement of Incineration vendor.
5. Send all box to incineration vendor with list of items and weight.
6. After Delivery of incineration stock at incineration vendor hub, need to take receiving of the
items handed over to incineration vendor.
7. Incineration Vendor will incinerate all the Delivered items.
8. After incineration of all the items, incineration vendor will provide incineration certificate
with weight of the incinerated products.
9. Vendor provides invoice of the incineration as per the items and weight of items received for
incineration.
