education, and learning space in informal, formal, and non-formal learning. It allows students
to adapt to themselves and the community. In addition, it promotes shared values , such as
respect and communication. GCED is an education in which people's information, activities,
values , and communication skills can take care of their environment. Sustainable
development education is the best way to teach in this united world (social, economic, and
environmental) facing climate change, poverty, social and political challenges. It can focus
on the environment, human rights, gender equality, or the prevention of violence. GCED
helps empower citizens to face the challenges of the world. This paper seeks to illustrate how
global citizenship education has benefited society in solving environmental problems. The
GCED is a strategic area for UNESCO's educational efforts to promote peace and human
rights education. The goal is to foster values, behaviors, and attitudes among learners for
global citizenship, commitment to peace, innovation, creativity, and the human rights
responsible for sustainable development. One of the objectives of the assignment is to apply
knowledge and skills to solve environmental problems. The second objectives are to dwell
more on practice and research to provide solutions to sustainability.

should become a world citizen

Doing this assignment was a great experience, as I learned and applied the knowledge
and skills learned in class. It involved compiling notes and mental stimuli that helped me
remember things when reviewing notes. It started with understanding what was needed, so I
did in-depth research on GCED and air pollution, which has been my concern for a long time.
I will record the direct tracking notes I have found related to the allocation purpose. I took
