Need your product delivered from one country to another without having to pay shipping or duty. Gigs
are perfect for delivery from country to country. Gigs are request for a product or luggage that you have
already bought, online, or any other means, which needs to brought to you from overseas through
travelers. These requests will get your product delivered which after delivery you will confirm Airbbag
receiving after which Airbbag will give the traveler the reward i.e. the amount for delivery. Travelers can
make the most out of their travel by going through the gigs category and looking for products they can
deliver and earn for traveling by delivering products according to gigs. This prevents the gig poster to
pay duty on the delivery and get fast delivery at a low price. You can do this by creating an account on
Airbbag and following the steps:

1- Creating a gig on Airbbag by tapping the “+” button on the navigation bar at the bottom of the
app.
2- Specify the place where you have your product from by tapping “from” button and select the
country (for e.g. the United States), select the province or state (for e.g. California), and select
the city (for e.g. San Andreas).
3- Similarly, specify the place you want your product delivered to by taping "to" button and select
the country, select the province or state, and select the city.
4- Provide a clear and detailed description of your item and specify if there are any baggage
requirements for the item. Upload up to 3 photos.
5- Provide product details that include the estimated weight of the product, dimensions of the
product (length, width, and height), the estimated value of the product, traveler fee (the
amount you are willing to pay to the traveler for the delivery).
6- Add a receiving address (It can be any place, home address or any other place, where you can
meet with the traveler and receive the item) by tapping” +please add receiving address”,
pressing “Add new Shot address” and proving details like country, email address, name, and
phone number.
7- Tap “submit order” to post your gig on Airbbag
8- Once you published your order, you can wait for travelers all over the world to come to you with
photos of the prices of the product, you are able to choose one traveler out of three proposals.
9- The traveler would deliver the product according to the buyer’s address.
10- Buyer will confirm receiving of the item to the Airbbag. Airbbag will then release the reward of
the traveler ensuring delivery and reward receiving.

Buy request
You need a product from a different country to your country but don’t want travel or pay duty on the
product. Buy request lets you request products from other countries to be bought and brought to you
duty free. Any traveler who will be on their way to your country will buy the product for you and bring it
to you. Traveler also gets a reward amount by delivering the product as well the product cost after
receipt verification.

The quickest way to post your request is browsing/searching through the product database and once
you find the item you are looking for, tap the “Add to cart” button, then you can go to your buying cart
for payment. Buy request or TAG (Traveler’s Airport Gig) is an option in the app that lets you request
buyer on the airport to find and bring you products in the fastest time possible.

1. If you can't find the Duty Free item you are looking for, you CAN create your own TAG
request by taping the "+" button on the navigation bar at the bottom of the App. Select the
category of the item, enter the name and description of the item and also upload up to 3
photos, then tap the Submit button, that's it!
2. After you found the items you want to buy, you come to the payment page. Please add the
address first and choose whether traveler need to confirm with you first before they make a
purchase. Choose a delivery method that suits you. You can also choose travelers who can
see your order based on their locating country. Write your personal requirements if you do
have it. Finally, pay for items using your preferred mode of payment.
3. Once you published your order, you can wait for travelers all over the world to come to you
with photos of the prices of the product, you are able to choose one traveler out of three
proposals.
4. Right after the traveler made the purchase according to the buyer's requirements, he would
then send over the purchase receipts to the buyer. The traveler would deliver the product
according to the buyer's selection of delivery method. Once the buyer received the product
and happy, he/she could confirm the recipient which would allow Airbbag to release the

payment plus rewards to the traveler.

Add a trip:
Add a trip is an option which gives benefit to both the traveler and the buyer, it is an option in which the
traveler adds its travel detail in the add a trip option with its departure and arrival time and date, plus
the cities and other flight information, the other person that will be our Airclub buyer can contact you
for their order information. For adding your trip, you need to follow some steps mentioned below

1. Add a trip on the Airbbag by tapping the “+” button on the navigation bar at the bottom of the
app.
2. You will find an option with "add a trip" tap it, it will ask for your passport details that you have
to fill by pressing on the "add now" button
3. You have to first choose between two travel options if you are travelling one-way choose
“Departure” option or if you are travelling and will come back, choose “Returning” option.
4. After you have selected you can add your travel details. Select the date of your flight and add
the flight number that you are going to travel by.
5. Then, you have added a picture of your given boarding pass and also provide the picture of the
ticket.
6. If you have selected “Returning” you add the details of the returning flight as well setting the
time and flight number as well as adding picture of boarding pass and a picture of ticket.
7. After you have submitted the above details tap the” add a trip” button, now you are all set up
and our Airclub buyer can contact you for order information.

Sell a Product
Airbbag brings a new online marketplace where you can post products that you have purchased duty
free and want to sell the product. Sell a product gives you the opportunity to sell the product on your
own store by listing it on Airbbag. Buyers will contact you if they want to purchase the product. What
sets this online market place is that it delivers products duty-free across borders. You can use the option
to sell an item by following the steps below:

1. Sell an item on the Airbbag by tapping the “+” button on the navigation bar at the bottom of
the app.
2. You will find an option with “sell an item” and tap it.
3. Define the category of the product (for e.g. beauty, electronics, food & health, etc) by tapping
the drop-down menu.
4. Set your trade name by typing it on the blank space.
5. Set the price of the product you are selling for the purchasers.
6. In the blank box below give the details of the product you are selling such as brand, time of
purchase, color and other details if any.
7. Finally, add real-time photos of the product.
8. Tap Submit and that’s it!
9. Your item will be added to your duty-free store and other users can contact you for purchase.
Purchasers can compare prices globally in the store for better comparison. They will add a receiving
address and order products.

Airlog
Airlog is a mini social platform provided by Airbbag for their fellow travelers. It is a platform that is
shared between travelers. You can share your posts and your own content in this airlog, the content can
be anything like a photo or a text, etc. this is like a social media platform, where you are free to share
your thoughts, your experience, and content. To add your content on airlog by following the steps below

1. Adding content on the Airbbag by tapping the “+” button on the navigation bar at the bottom
of the app.
2. You will find an option with “airlog” tap it, they will ask you to select the category or type of
content you are posting.
3. After selecting the category, they will ask you to add a title to your content, and after that, you
can upload your content file or picture
4. After you upload the file or picture you will see a publish option, you have to tap it to publish
your post
