THE TREASURE

A long time ago there was a place called the Takaramono Kingdom which was ruled over by

a king. Takaramono means “Treasure”. And this kingdom was been ruled only by men over the

decades. Women are prohibited to rule over the kingdom as majority of people there believed

that women are weaklings.

During those times, the kingdom of takaramono has been known because of the golds that

was been around all over their place, yet the kingdom of takaramono are one of the poorest

kingdom even having those golds. The kingdom was been importing foods from the other

nations by trading them the treasures they have. Which put them on a place of disadvantage.

People there were too ignorant and didn't really realize the value of those golds they trade just for

a bit of food.

Until one day, people of takaramono kingdom suffered from hunger and malnutrition. No

treasure has left after trading them to other nations and kingdoms for about decades. Because of

their ignorance of it's value, they have lost it all. People there started stealing foods and things.

And it makes the king angry. He declared execution to those people who stole foods and things.

And that's when the rebellion started. A lot of people were against of the kings order. They plan

to take him out of his place and started bringing another young and strong men to take the seat of
the current king. Yet it wasn't easy for them to go against the king. They brought multiple men in

the kingdom but there is only one man that the king approved to take his place.

Unfortunately, the man was too humble and didn't take the offer. “I am an irresponsible man,

I am not suitable to be a king. But because today I was given the opportunity to face and talk the

king in a closer distance, I would like to suggest the idea of my ten year old daughter” said the

man. The king and the people listened to him. It turns out that the young man's daughter's idea

was instead of executing those who steal and instead of importing foods from other nations, why

not they make their own food? And as a punishment to those thief, they have to work for the

kingdom. “Is it even possible to make our own food?” asked by many. Because of their

ignorance, planting vegetables never came across their minds. And the man explained to them

about his daughters plan.

Under the king's order, all of the thiefs are obliged and responsible in planting as their

punishment. They begun planted vegetables, fruits and trees that can benefits to everyone. But

because the people of Takaramono kingdom was been born as a soft hearted one. They unite and

helped those people. And it was the start of their kingdoms' success.

After many years, Takaramono Kingdom became known of their rich, healthy and abundant

fruits and vegetables. From importing foods from other kingdom. They are now the ones who

supplied them. It was just an idea of a ten year old girl, a girl who became the woman that ruled

the Takaromono kingdom. It was just an idea of an innocent child yet it has big impact to the
kingdom and to the people. The discrimination of women being weaklings disappeared as they

all looked up the girl who makes their kingdom better and who is now their ruler.

It only takes one great idea to change the people's perception and to change the future.

And that’s the true treasure.
