Case 1 LWOP - Once LEAVE WITHOUT PAY is selected in the Reason

column, Termination Date SHOULD NOT be populated. ALL fields are

Case 2 SUSP - Once SUSPENDED is selected in the Reason column,
Termination Date SHOULD NOT be populated. ALL fields are REQUIRED

Case 3 TERMINATION - Once any of these (DEATH, DISCHARGED,
DISMISSED, DROPPED FROM THE ROLL, END OF TERM, LAID OFF,
PERMANENT DISABILITY, PHASE OUT, RECALLED, RESIGNED, RETIRED,
SEPARATED, or TERMINATED) is selected, Inclusive Date FROM and

Case 1 Master Data Update - All TO columns are NOT REQUIRED,

unless there is a specific data change request on that field. And in this
case, the FROM column for this field should also be populated.
Case 2 With MSP Update - Once Effectivity Date FROM is populated,
the Position/Title FROM, Status of Employment FROM should also be
populated.
