1. What is weight training?

- it is a common type of strength training for developing the strength and size
of skeletal muscle. It utilizes the force of gravity in the form of weighed bars,
dumbbells, or weight stacks in order to oppose the force penetrated by
muscle through concentric or eccentric contraction.

2. What do you think are safe and effective strength training?

 Body weight exercises, like pushups, squats, and lunges.


 Resistance band movements
 Workouts with free weights, or even objects like soup cans
 Workouts with stationary weight machines, like a leg curl machine

3. Why do you think you need to have a weigh/strength training? Explain.

-Strength training have many benefits, it helps you lose weight and increase
of metabolism. This can also help you to protect your joints from any possible
injuries. Also, you can enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to
do everyday activities. It maintains your muscle tissues. Which can lead you to
have increased in strength and healthier bone health.

4. Give an example of beginner's workout in weight training.

- it is advised to start with a set of two 5- to 10- pound weights. Stand with a
weight in each hand, near hips, palms forward. Shoulders and elbows should
be pinned against the wall.
