Currently, Truong My Lan is being prosecuted and Truong My Lan withdraws money from An Dong Joint Stock
Company, causing many false rumours saying that: An Dong Company is a stake in SCB, rumours make SCB:

Customers withdrawing savings before the maturity of the money causes customers to lose more than on time
due to lower interest rates. Not only that, it also leads to a low liquidity situation of the bank, because there are
too many cash payments at the same time, making there not enough cash to pay everyone. Therefore, leading to
customers' lack of trust in the bank, because the money they have invested in but cannot get out is unreasonable.

Besides, when the cash payments are overcapacity, the projects that the bank has invested in for the long term
will be short of capital. When depositors are not interested in interest rates, the bank's profits will be reduced
when banks lose capital in projects with interest rates.
