Click + Add Goal button > select Create a New Goal Create a New Goal pop-up window is displayed
Select Personal Goal > fill in the following fields: Employee successfully add a new Personal Goal
- Name for Employee and the newly added Goal is
- Key Result - Key result displayed correctly on Employee's Goals page
- Weight
- Start Date
- Due Date
- Achivement (read-only)
- Threshold Achivement
- Score (read-only)

Click Save Changes button

Select Personal Goal > fill in the following fields (mandatory Manager successfully add a new Personal Goal for
fields are marked with red asterisk * ): Employee and the newly added Goal is displayed
correctly on Employee's Goals page

- Key Result - Key result
- Weight
- Start Date
- Due Date
- Score (read-only)
- Status

- Ensure that the Employee's Goal Status in Unlocked
- Ensure that there is Employee's existing Goal Goals page is displayed
Log in as Manager
Go to Home > Goals

Log in as Manager
Go to Home > Goals
Ensure that Manager's Goal Status is Goal Plan Unlocked Goal Plan Unlocked is displayed correctly for
Select one Goal by tick the box beside the Goal > Click Cascade Goals pop-up window is displayed
Actions button in the top of Goals page > select Cascade
On Step 1. Select Recipients, tick the Employee name or Step 2. Edit Goal page is displayed
Manager can search other Employee > click Next button
On Step 2. Edit Goal, edit the selected Goal before Manager cascaded the selected goals successfully
Cascading > click Cascade Pull button > click OK
Log in as Manager
Go to Home > Goals
Select one Goal by tick the box beside the Goal > Click Cascade Goals pop-up window is displayed
Actions button in the top of Goals page > select Cascade
On Step 1. Select Recipients, tick the Employee name or Step 2. Edit Goal page is displayed
On Step 2. Edit Goal, edit the selected Goal before Manager cascaded the selected goals successfully
Cascading > click Cascade Push button > click OK

- Ensure there is Employee's existing goal
Log in as Manager
Go to Home > Goals
Select one Manager's Goal that want to be linked with Link Goal pop-up window is displayed
Employee's Goal > Click Action in the right side of Goal >
select Link to another Employee's goal
On Step 1. Select Recipients, tick the Employee name or Step 2. Select Goal page is displayed
On Step 2. Select Goal, Employee's existing Goal will be Step 3. Confirm Link page is displayed
displayed > select the Employee's Goal that want to be
linked
Click Next button
On Step 3. Confirm Link, Manager will view selected Manager successfully linked Manager's existing
Manager's Goal that will be linked with selected Goal with Employee's existing Goal

Click Link button

- Ensure there is Manager's cascaded Goal to the Employee Goals page is displayed
available
Log in as Manager
Go to Home > Goals
Select the Manager's cascaded Goal > click Action on the Detail View of Goal page is displayed
right side of Goal > click View goal detail
Go to the cascaded goal > click Action > select Unalign Warning message pop-up box is displayed
Parent goal
Click OK button The cascaded goal is successfully unaligned

- Ensure there is Manager's cascaded Goal to the Employee Goals page is displayed
available
Log in as Manager
Go to Home > Goals

Select the Manager's cascaded Goal > click Action on the Detail View of Goal page is displayed
right side of Goal > click View goal detail
Go to the cascaded goal > click Action > select Unalign Child Warning message pop-up box is displayed
