E. MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Compared to last year, volume drastically increase and reduced lose due to fixed cost
but closing the gap for at least near breakeven or even making profit. With the
struggles and pandemic happen no shut down happen and our organization and
company stand strong. Hopefully for next few years more volume and make good profit
as expected. We need to control what we can control and reduce cost as necessary. Be
part of company growth and employee’s development.
G. APPRAISOR COMMENTS:
He is asset to the company – one of the high potential and high performer in our
organization. He do multitasking and self driven individual. Need to improve on timely
mail communication and reduce the speed to avoid errors. Recommending for
promotion or consider for monetary benefit.
