- Zero Accident in 2021
-Daily interaction with Team Leader for, min 2 major issues in their shift related with shift (unsafe
act/unsafe condition /near miss)
-Daily plant safety round for deviation and tool box meeting on site
-Daily safety mail communication
-Restructured ERT team and training given
-Safety Score % increased from 86% to 89% (Target is 95%)
-Started safety champion award (monthly) for safety initiatives ,taken by team members

-5S score improved from 47 to 62 (target is 85)
-weekly 5s watchout score is 100% (closing issues in same week)
-started 5Schampion award (monthly) for better awareness
*STORE
-ensures material receiving (same day)) and issuance (same week) for smooth operation of ERP
-Project Item -50 % segregation done (to be completed 100% in first quarter of 2022) with zero value in
ERP
*PACKING MANAGEMENT
-Achieved target of 40 boxes per shift (revised target is 45 boxes per shift from dec 2021)
-Stopped Tape Mark issues in coated glass
--- By modifying spacer collar fixation with glue (earlier we were fixing with tape)

-*-New Project Initiated – replacement of white spacer with black rubber spacer (covered with al foil) To
further reduction /enhance protection from tape mark
-Started FIFO for wooden boxes at main wooden box area
-Daily 5S in each shift in all areas of packing
*OAGC GENERAL SERVICES
-Reduced Janitorial and kitchen Item bill to 1/3rd
-Started min /max for all general service items (horizontal expansion will be completed for all
consumables and spares up to Q1 2022)
**Actively supporting Procurement and Maint department for negotiation with contractors
** After taking over Safety in 2019, accepted responsibilities for 4 more areas in 2-year time ,with
sustainable improvement
**playing a key role for getting ISO 45001-2018 and ISO 14001-2015 certification in 2022
G. APPRAISOR COMMENTS:
One of the high performer in JV team – he is doing multi- tasking stores, 5S, Safety,
Packing team etc., He shown consistent improvement in his area.
