Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 depending on location, experience, and qualifications

LEAD Edu Overview

LEAD Edu designs and incubates programs that empower young people with the skills they require to
become ethical, empathetic, and entrepreneurial leaders. At present, LEAD Edu executes two core,
transformative programs: LEAD Hubs and LEAD Learning.

LEAD Hubs are independent leadership development organizations that support underserved children
around the world. LEAD Hubs receive partial grant funding from LEAD Edu. Each Hub operates a
leadership academy that delivers academic classes, elite sport training, and leadership principles to
student-athletes. The Hubs also offer STEM and leadership camps, sport tournaments, and more to
children in their communities. LEAD Edu currently supports two leadership hubs–LEAD Monrovia Football
Academy in Monrovia, Liberia (est. 2015) and LEAD Morocco in El Mansoura, Morocco (est. 2019)–that
educate and train 240 full-time student-athletes and provide 3,000+ children with auxiliary leadership
development programming annually. LEAD Edu is actively exploring partnerships to support the
establishment of new LEAD Hubs in other geographies.

LEAD Learning is a learning solution that brings LEAD’s leadership development methodology to hundreds
of thousands of children across the world (more than 135,000 to date in Liberia, Morocco, and Bangladesh).
LEAD Learning’s leadership and workforce development modules have been offered to students in-person
and digitally by global delivery partners.

LEAD Edu is currently prioritizing the growth of its Liberian and Moroccan Hubs, LEAD Learning’s
curriculum and program strategy, and opportunities for expansion into new markets for both programs. We
aim to build a generation of young people equipped with the skills, values, and tools required to drive
positive change.
