● Created end to end growth product strategy for 1 year, including create and develop initiatives program focusing on SDGs
no. 4 called International Cultural Learning Session (ICLS) and Education Quality Improvement Program (EQUIP).
● Established and conducted twice in a year an initiative program called International Cultural Learning Session (ICLS) and
impacted 400+ local delegates and 50+ international delegates.
● Created and organized an initiative program called Education Quality Improvement Program (EQUIP) and impacted
250+ students in Malang and 7+ exchange participants.
