This course examines the framework and covers the key principles of law applicable to hospitality, tourism and related industries.
COURSE DESCRIPTION Various legislation on business organization and several international law issues such as consumer protection, product and service
liability, employment and law access to the natural environment will be covered.

By the end of the course, the student should be able to:


● Recognize the various types of law relevant to tourism and hospitality industry, including the concept and sources of law

● Acquire knowledge on the provisions in the Philippine Constitution related to tourism and hospitality

● Interpret and apply relevant laws related to tourism and hospitality sectors

● Source information on compliance and related ethical issues in tourism and hospitality sectors and issues which impact the entry
