Credit Card Limit Enhancement Process

Eligibility /documents required for credit limit increase for Salaried Individuals

 At least 12 months’ credit card relationship is required in order to qualify.

 Fresh Income Documents verified and stamped (Salary Slip)
 Signed Annexure CF 1/declaration form available on
http://www.sbp.org.pk/bprd/2009/Annex_C4.pdf.
 Latest six months duly signed & stamped salaried account bank statement.
 CNIC copy, salary slip/NTN copy, indemnity form, forward to department.

Eligibility /documents required for credit limit increase for Self-employed

 Latest Six months duly signed and stamped (personal/business Account) Bank Statement.
 Proof of Business as mentioned below:
 Sole Proprietorship letter (In case of Sole Proprietor and Business Account Statement)
 Partnership Deed (In case of Partnership)
 Form A for private limited firm (PVT LTD) (form 29) also included in Pvt.
 Properly filled declaration form/CF1 (copy attached)

The Documents Submission Channels

You need to send a request to the BDU department, 23-H, Gulberg 2- 4th floor, Lahore. Along with that
you have to write an application with your signatures to the Manager of customer service Bank Alfalah
with the subject “Limit Enhancement”.
