1.0 POLICY FOR NO CHILD LABOUR

1.1 M/s Prathviraj Singh Panwar does not employ Child Labour nor does it support the use
of Child Labour.

1.2. The minimum age for recruitment for all levels of employees shall be 18 years and
above
1.3 M/s Prathviraj Singh Panwar shall establish, document, maintain, and effectively
communicate to personnel and other interested parties, policies and written procedures
for remediation of children found to be working in situations which fit the definition of
child labour above, and shall provide adequate financial and other support to enable
Such children to attend and remain in school until no a child as defined

1.4. Ms Prathviraj Singh Panwar may employ young workers, but where such young
workers are subject to compulsory education laws, they may work only outside school
hours. Under no circumstances shall any young worker's school, work, and
transportation time exceed a combined total of 10 hours per day, and in no case shall
young workers work more than 8 hours a day. Young workers may not work during night
hours.

1.5. Mis Prathviraj Singh Panwar shall not expose children or young workers to any
Situations in or outside of the workplace that are hazardous or unsafe to their
physical and mental health and development.

1.6. A person with specific responsibility to communicate, deploy, monitor and maintain the
process and procedures aimed towards ensuring that the company does not employ or
use child labour has been designated

1.7. It is ensured that any contract employees engaged through contractors and working in
our factory shall also be above the minimum age set by M/s Prathviraj Singh Panwar.

1.8 At the time of employment it is ensured that all employees are above or at least of
minimum age as set by M/s Prathviraj Singh Panwar. This is ensured by checking the
age of all employees from age records as evidenced by birth certificates, school
records, and certificate of age proof from a certified Authority.

1.9 M/s Prathviraj Singh Panwar retains a copy of the document submitted by the employee
as proof of age, after suitable verification, in the personnel file
1.10. At the time of employment M/s Prathviraj Singh Panwar also obtains signed application
forms from the employee stating among other things his/her age and date of birth.

1.11. Periodic review of the performance of the process and procedures aimed at prohibiting
child labour implemented in M/s Prathviraj Singh Panwar is carried during which the
documents in support of age are also reviewed.

1.12 If there are any cases of violation concerning issues related to child labour, such cases
shall be investigated and suitable remedial action shall be initiated.

1.13. If any children are found to be employed in M/s Prathviraj Singh Panwar, the
remediation shall be as per the procedure Child labour remediation procedure

2.0 POLICY FOR NO FORCED AND cOMPULSORY LABoUR

2.1. M/s Prathviraj Singh Panwar ensures that employees working in its facility are doing so
voluntarily
and does not engage in or support the use of forced
labour
2.2 M/s Prathviraj Singh Panwar shall not engage in or support the use of forced or
compulsory labour as defined in ILO Convention 29, nor shall personnel be required to
pay deposits' or lodge identification papers with the c M/s Prathviraj Singh Panwar upon
commencing employment.
2.3 Neither the M/s Prathviraj Singh Panwar nor any entity supplying labour to the M/s
Prathviraj Singh Panwar shall withhold any part of any personnel's salary, benefits,
property, or documents in order to force such personnel to continue working for the M/s
Prathviraj Singh Panwar.

2.4 Personnel shall have the right to leave the workplace premises after completing the
standard workday, and be free to terminate their employment provided that they give
reasonable notice to their employer. This is in compliance with Indian Bonded labour
system (abolition) Act, 1976 and the contract labour (regulation and abolition) Act, 1970.

2.5 Neither the M/s Prathviraj Singh Panwar nor any entity supplying laboùr to M/s
Prathviraj Singh Panwar shall engage in or support trafficking in human beings.

2.6 All employees are informed of the terms of their employment i.e. job description, hours
of work, over time details etc and are not expected to work beyond these hours without
their consent.

2.7. Employees are not required to work on any holiday or work overtime without their
consent.

2.8. A designated person with specific responsibility to communicate, deploy, monitor and
maintain the process and procedures aimed towards ensuring that forced labour is not
used in the M/s Prathviraj Singh Panwar

2.9. Employees in the recruitment & production function are trained on the requirements and
other instruments relating to forced labour to ensure that violations do not take place at
M/s Prathviraj Singh Panwar.

2.10. Periodic verification of the operation of processes and procedures aimed at ensuring
that forced labour is not used in M/s Prathviraj Singh Panwar is carried out to monitor
and ensure continued compliance.
