the Annexure “A” hereto. The said Residential Flat is hereinafter referred to as the
“said Unit”

part of the said Project “NYATI EQUINOX I” as part of the said Whole Project “NYATI
EQUINOX” and which said Commercial Shop is more particularly detailed in the
Annexure “A” hereto. The said Commercial Shop is hereinafter referred to as the “said
Unit”

You have furnished me/us the “Cost Sheet and Payment Schedule” in respect of the
said Unit as per Annexure “B” hereto annexed and I/We have gone through and
understood the same and am/are ready to make payment in accordance thereto.

I/We have duly filled in my/our particulars as per Annexure “C” annexed here to and
the details of the “Application money” paid by me/us on this application are also
mentioned in the said Annexure “C”.

I/We agree and undertake that:

1. This application form has been made by me/us with the view to submit my/our
request for purchase of the said Unit and payment of Application Money has
been made with a view to express my/our bonafide interest to purchase the said
Unit and that I/We am/are aware that by virtue of this application form, no
right or interest of any nature whatsoever in the said Unit has been created in
our/my favour.

2. I/We have submitted this Application Form with full knowledge of the laws,
notifications, rules and regulations which are applicable to the said Project and
the said Whole Project and I/We am/are fully satisfied about your
right/title/interest/authority as the Promoter in/to the said Project and the said
Whole Project.
3. Before submitting this Application, your official/representative has provided
me/us all the information and complete explanation and clarification that was
sought by me/us pertaining to the said Project and the said Whole Project and
after giving careful thought and consideration on the same, I/We have submitted
this Application Form and have tendered application money fully conscious of
our/my liabilities and obligations.

4. I/We agree to the fact that you have complete discretion to either accept or reject
this application form without being required to assign any reason therefor and
I/We shall not dispute the same.
