Tools for Transformation

While we discussed transformation as a concept in a recent article titled Transformation

101, we are going to instead focus on the means by which we accomplish
transformation. We can always look at forgiveness, revised belief systems i, compassion
and allowing as a product of the mind, etc. Or, we can focus our attention on the source
of transformation: the heart, or what is attributed to the heart.

For one can easily argue (or so it seems), that we can't get there from the mind. So it
must be the heart that is at the center of transformation – and on first glance, we are
precisely on target. Because the heart differentiates that place of allowing and peace
and knowing from its opposite of a mind running on endlessly, continually coming up
with hare-brained "ideas" about how to get from Point A to Point B, etc. Certainly it must
be the heart.

On the other hand, the gut plays a major role in transformation. Your gut, also known as
the Enteric Nervous System, can tell the difference between right and wrong, or better
said, the gut "knows" when something is right – in a non-thinking manner (it might be
noted). Interestingly, the gut is composed of about 100 million neurons, i.e., more than
the spinal cord! ii In fact, taking care of the gut with probiotics, fermented foods, etc., can
a very powerful tool for transformation. The gut can be a very good indicator and
messaging system.

Knowingness is lodged in the gut! Test question: "How does this statement feel?" And
since knowing is a feeling, possibly all of your feelings are lodged in the gut/enteric
nervous system. So, the question becomes: "Could the gut be a messaging system –
something attributed to the heart?" If feelings are a messaging system, where do they
come from? (And, by the way, I differentiate emotions as a product of beliefs, or the
failure of belief's accuracy. What is the difference between lust love and true love? One
is the product of a belief (conditioning) and the other is a feeling. We are getting pretty
subtle now but an important realm to discern.)

What does this have to do with the heart? Not very much other than to say, the heart is
the assumption of the capacities that might better be found in the enteric nervous
system. Certainly, the gut/enteric nervous system has far more neurons,
neurotransmitters and proteins than the heart, not to mention a complex circuitry that
enables it to act independently, learn, remember and produce feelings! iii Could it be the
heart is symbolic?

What does this have to do with the heart? Again, not very much when you consider the
human nervous system to be a "living antenna system" of sorts. Anyone studying
dowsing, kinesiology, or even chiropractic knows that the human nervous system is a
means by which we receive information and connect to the Cosmos – again loosely
attributed to the heart. Everything that is known or ever will be known (there is no time
outside of the construct of the human mind) is available and filtered by the human
nervous system and registered as information once we become "clear" enough to
receive it without distortion. In fact, as "living antenna systems," we are better described
as receivers and not so different from the rest of the animal, plant and mineral
kingdoms. The mind does get in the way but that is another article..

Once it is discovered that the nervous system is the truest component and most
fundamental component of our being, do we begin to get the picture of what
transformation looks like. Because in fact, the nervous system is a throughput and
means by which Innate Intelligence expresses Itself "though us" into this dimension –
not so different from a conduit and the associated amperage. And of course, the last
component of transformation is nonresistance (the precursor to Unconditional Love),
again attributed to the heart, but most likely attributed to the nervous system, for which I
like to say, "we get the ride of our lives!"

Wishing you well, and

Sending you Love, naturally.

About the author. J.Hamilton has been meditating for 38+ years and teaching personal
empowerment for 22+ years. His first book, Visionaries Thrive In All Times: Blueprint
for Reality Creation (2005) is about the possibilities of individual and collective reality
creation in alignment with Innate Intelligence.
J.Hamilton released an eBook titled CORE Resonance (2009) for the purpose of
identifying access to nonresistance and the resultant Innate Guidance that becomes
available. Key words: nonresistance, mindlessness, Innate Guidance, timelessness,
solutions and timeliness. Link
He released a third title: Beyond Words: thoughts become awareness (2010), a chronological listing of articles
over the past three years.
52 Weeks of Visionary Focus is soon to be released.
Presently, J.Hamilton's focus is the introduction of CORE Resonance Systems, a technology designed to quiet the
brain and nervous system and re-enable one's natural state of connection with Source. As we accomplish this task,
nonresistance becomes available – an alternate to creating reality by resistance and reaction to our surroundings.
As we discover a new way of doing things, we become exponentially more useful to, not only ourselves but also
the Whole. The Formula? Nonresistance and the Law of Attraction
