I Karan Raghav of 6th semester of BA.LL. B hereby declare that this report is
compiled by me under two-month summer internship program and is based on
my own experiences and observations to the best of my knowledge and
understanding in its duration and the same which is being submitted to Trinity
institute of Innovations in professional studies, affiliated to GGSIP

ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

There were several roles and responsibilities assigned to me during those


five weeks of internship.

 I helped in drafting various case briefs, bail application, legal notices,


several deed, suit for partition and editing the contract templates.
 I also drafted various court documents, invoices, and enclosures at
attorneys’ requests.
 I was also instructed to join client training, perform legal research as
needed, and support smaller projects as requested by the Intel lawyers
responsible for providing legal support.
 I also assisted in putting together a standard form of a confidentiality
agreement
 All interns jointly Organized legal memoranda and client correspondence.
 I have also researched documents and publications for details that would
establish evidence.
 Arranged Proofed documents with Co-interns and submitted them to
attorneys for review.
 I also looked after on retainer agreements, contact letters, and various
publications and handouts for clients
 Performed client intake and client interviews
 I was given opportunity to mediate a matter in a counselor room between
a couple at Tis Hazari court.
 I have also participated in intake interviews to spot legal issues for
presentation at case acceptance.
 Observed and participated in client meetings, trials, mediations, and
outreach.
 Overall Office ambience was very comfortable for every intern. Seniors
were also ready to help us either in legal paper work or in any research
work. This friendly environment made my role bit easier and I was able
to strengthen my skills during those two months at Tritent legal firm.

State vs. Tarun Makhija


 This matter was listed in Rohini District Court on 24-06-22.
 Complaint was filed by Ms. Poonam Arora on the grounds of
section 498A of IPC.
 Main accused in this case were Sandeep Makhija(husband),
Tarun Makhija (brother-in-law) and Poonam’s Mother-in-law.
 Since this case was at initial stage then honourable judge had
asked clarification from the investigating officer.
 Next date of hearing: 22-09-22.

Jatinder Kaur vs. Inderjeet


 This matter was listed in Tis Hazari court on 28-06-22.
 My advocate Mr. Rakesh Malhotra was representing Jatinder
Kaur who was plaintiff in this case.
 Our firm had already filed a suit for partition as it was property
dispute matter between brother and sister.
 Respondent side was absent on that day.

 This case was refereed for mediation at Tis Hazari Court under
Mediator Mr. Naveen Grover.
 In this case my advocate was leading the mediation on the
behalf of Samar fresh.
 Here Pratap snacks had accused Samar Fresh as Samar Fresh
had copied their printing pattern of the Kurkure packet.
 Mediator had asked Samar Fresh to either give back or to
destroy the cylinder which was used to draw the printing
Pattern.
 Samar fresh had agreed to do the same.

Bhawana vs. Vishal


 This matter was listed in Karkardooma Court on 20-07-22.
 My advocate was representing Plaintiff Bhawana who had filed
for interim maintenance against her husband Vishal.
 Judge had asked the parties to appear before a counsellor room
for further negotiations.
 Here Vishal agreed to pay all the school fees of their sole child
along with the transportation charge.
