“I thought I told you I was high”

High a double entendre:

1. High as in high on Ayahuasca

2. High as in that he is god, living in the sky

“I'm Yahawashi, y'all wish y'all was I”

Yahawashi = Jesus = God’s divine Son and Messiah

Also, a cool semi homonym/rhyme scheme/alliteration with Yahawashi/y’all wish I was I

“Waving Allah hi, but Allah was shy”

Before his enlightenment, Batta tried to find God but God wasn’t responding

“Wanna wash ya eyes, Ayahuasca wise”

If you want to refresh your perspective, try ingesting some Ayahuasca (Ayahuasca is a
psychedelic).

Also, a cool play on the expression/idiom eye wash/wash your eyes which means to deceive

“Pot of agua for the caapi vine”

Agua = water

Caapi vine = the plant that Ayahuasca, the psychedelic, comes from

Basically, Batta recommends being hydrated before taking Ayahuasca

“You gotta die to get the knowledge that Duat provides”

Duat = the “Hell’’ of the Egyptian religion, where all the dead people went after dying

“You gotta die” is a double entendre:

1. Dying physically
2. Ego Death, which usually happens when being high on Ayahuasca (Ego Death is a
psychological condition where you are fully awake and functional, yet cannot
remember any information about yourself, even your name or your gender.)

Also, a contradiction cause at the start of the verse he said that he was high and Duat/Hell is
also known as the underworld.

“I botanize psychotropics that are not prescribed”

Botanize = to collect plants (Ayahuasca in this case) for botanical investigation

Psychotropics = A drug or other substance (plant/Ayahuasca in this case) that affects how
the brain works and causes changes in mood, awareness (ties back to the Ego Death layer),
thoughts, feelings, or behavior.

“Tonics I concocted in my Emeril Legasse Prime”

Tonic = a medicinal substance taken to give a feeling of vigour or well-being (aka Ayahuasca)

Concoct = make something (usually a meal or food) by combining various ingredients

Emeril Legasse Prime is an air fryer which ties back to the meal/food/making Ayahuasca
metaphor. Basically, what he said simplified is “I concocted ayahuasca on my own”

“You wanna try it’s not a wine”

Batta tells you that if you wanna try Ayahuasca be prepared for what’s about to happen,
cause it’s going to be strong

“It’s acquired taste I describe as swallowing a shot of slime”

Ayahuasca is acquired taste, just like drinking slime.

“Toxic and lot of guys vomit traumatized”

Ayahuasca is toxic, no further explanation needed.

“Not surprised, psychedelics show you God inside not disguised”

This ties back to the first lines of the track where he said that he is God.

“Tripping on the yacht that Willy Wonka rides”

Willi Wonka was riding a yacht in the movie “Chocolate Factory”

The particular scene in which Willi Wonka is riding that boat/yacht has been described as
psychedelic a lot of times before.

Also, wordplay with the word trip/tripping:

1. Willi Wonka took a trip using the yacht in the scene

2. Tripping as in tripping on Ayahuasca

“A nightmare to you is like nirvana for the shaman guide”

Nirvana = a transcendent state in which there is neither suffering, desire, nor sense of self,
and the subject is released from the effects of karma and the cycle of death and rebirth (ties
back to the Ego Death thing). It represents the final goal of Buddhism.

Shaman = a person regarded as having access to, and influence in, the world of good and evil
spirits, especially among some peoples of northern Asia and North America. Typically, such
people enter a trance state during a ritual, and practice divination and healing.

A nightmare to a person that hasn’t taken Ayahuasca is like the nirvana state for Shamans

“Qualified thrive in demonic, diabolic binds”

Qualified means not complete/absolute in this case

By “demonic, diabolic binds” he most likely means “Hell” (Ties back to the Duat line)

So because Ayahuasca/Ego Death doesn’t kill you physically you don’t go to Hell.

“Buddha, Theravada, Maharishi with a ganja shrine”

Buddha = Siddhartha Gautama, most commonly referred to as the  Buddha, was a South
Asian renunciate who founded Buddhism.

Theravada = Theravada, the is the name for the school of Buddhism.

Maharishi = a teacher of spiritual and mystical knowledge

Ganja = Cannabis

Shrine = 1. a place regarded as holy because of its associations with a divinity or a sacred
person or relic, marked by a building or other construction

By referencing the oldest school of Buddhism, namedropping Buddha himself and the word
Maharishi he is continuing the religion/spiritual theme of the track.

The overall meaning of this line is just that he's got a shrine full of weed or a shrine
dedicated to weed (“ganja shrine”).

“Chronic with the crystals in the soil got it modified”

Here he is saying that he has a strong strain of weed with crystals in the soil, which is a
reference to trichomes which are white crystals that appear on weed buds which contain
THC.

“Crystals in the soil” is a double entendre:

1. Reference to weed, “crystals” = trichomes, “in the soil” = weed comes from a plant >
plants grow in the soil
2. Reference to DMT, “crystals” = DMT comes in the form of crystals, “in the soil” =
DMT comes from a plant > plants grow in the soil

Also a reference to Ayahuasca which ties into the Ayahuasca layers of the starting lines:
Ayahuasca is made from the same plant as DMT

“Stronger than exotic hydroponic kind”

Exotic hydroponic plants are plants such as ginger, lemongrass, lime leaf etc.

He is basically saying that Ayahuasca is stonger than those plants.

“Got it if you wanna buy, sour to the chocolate Thai”

Chocolate Thai = a strain of cannabis

Sour chocolate = a strain of cannabis

Also, a use of juxtaposition (“Sour chocolate”) cause chocolate has a sweet taste.

“Whatever I don’t got in stock arrives when the flowers dry”

The word “flowers” is an allusion to all the layers in the previous “crystals in the soil”
entendre:

1. Allusion to weed/cannabis cause it comes from a plant (flower)

2. Allusion to DMT cause it comes from a plant (flower)
3. Allusion to Ayahuasca cause it comes from a plant (flower)

After cutting down marijuana plants at harvest, a proper dry (“flowers dry”) is crucial for
buds for a multitude of reasons.

The overall meaning of this line is basically: Whatever plant he doesn’t have have available
to sell arrives to him when they are ready and have dried.
“Keep us in a garden where seeds don’t ever blossom

Cause the bees that give them pollen just forgot to fly”

Here he is continuing the plant/cannabis/DMT/Ayahuasca scheme

Here he is basically just saying that the bees that give pollen to the flowers (the plants that
cannabis, DMT and Ayahuasca come from) forgot to fly (cause they got high after being
exposed to these plants) and that resulted in the seeds not blossoming cause flowers need
pollen to blossom.

“Chakra rise from the sacrum if you got a spine”

Chakra is an Indian Sanskrit word meaning  wheel or disk  that literally translates to the idea
of a spinning energetic wheel in seven distinct areas of our spine where our prana, chi or life
force flows up and down.

Sacrum = the lowest/bottom of the human spine

He’s basically saying that when meditating or being high on DMT/Ayahuasca/cannabis our
Chakra rises from the bottom of our spine to the top which ties back to the “high” double
entendre in the first lines.

Also continuing the pollen/plant theme of the previous lines, this line is a double entendre:

1. Got a spine/got as pine is a homonym, pines are trees that contain a lot of pollen in
them
2. A lot of people are allergic to pines and pollen in general and the most common
reaction of the body when it is exposed to pollen is sneezing.
Sneezing  is associated with the Heart  Chakra, which governs sensitivity and feelings

Also the bottom/lowest Chakra is literally called the Root Chakra (look at the picture) which
ties back to that whole tree/pollen/pine/plant scheme.

So basically: Chakra rise from the sacrum [Root Chakra located at the sacrum (tree root)
/Sneezing (Heart Chakra)] if you got a spine (got as pine).

Also, the word “sacrum” is a shortening of the Latin name “os sacrum” that means “sacred
bone”, “sacre” ties back to the whole religious/spiritual layer of the track.

(I am thinking that this line might be deeper since sneezing is also associated with the throat
which might allude to the Throat Chakra but I don’t know)
“33 vertebrae are levels that you gotta climb”

The spine is made up of 33 vertebrae

Batta continues the whole Chakra/spine association by saying that you gotta climb to the top
Chakra which is at the top of the spine.

Also a reference to the 33 degrees of the Scottish Rite and how you have to climb those ranks
to get higher in the organization, he also references the Masonics in the line after the next
one so it’s a for sure reference.

“Prana wise, I'm Muhammad when personified”

Prana is a term used in yogic (meditation) teachings as  a general reference to the manifest
energy of the entire universe.

“I’m Muhammad when personified” basically just means that he is god which ties back to the
use of the word Prana (Manifest the energy of the entire universe)

“Anunnaki, I jotted the gospels the Masonics hide”

The  Anunnaki  are a group of  deities  of the

ancient  Sumerians,  Akkadians,  Assyrians  and  Babylonians.  In the earliest Sumerian writings
about them, which come from the Post-Akkadian period, the Anunnaki are deities in
the  pantheon, descendants of  An  and  Ki, the god of the heavens and the goddess of earth,
and their primary function was to  decree the fates of humanity.

Masonics = Freemasons = a member of an international order established for mutual help

and fellowship, which holds  elaborate  secret  ceremonies.
(I don’t really get the overall meaning of the line here so you can help me with that if you
want and Imma edit it afterwards)

“Got assigned a name, a word the word “god” implies”

He is saying that he was assigned a name that the word “god” implies, that basically just him
comparing himself to god again and saying that is he all-knowing, all-powerful etc.

“A word, words cannot interpret cause I’m not defined”

Words cannot interpret that word [his name (that the word “god” implies)] cause words only
make sense cause the have definitions.
So, if he isn’t defined then words can’t describe him and his name (Him = 1. Cambatta 2.
God)

This also ties back to him saying that he is god in the first lines using that “high” entendre.
