Reflection of the Secret of Success

Based on what I’ve watched, setting the right goals can define the difference between
success and failure. Given that some leaders fail because they lead their followers in the
wrong direction. Great leaders establish goals that are specific, meaningful, and
audacious. We need the right objectives for the right reasons. Furthermore, success is
not a tangible or easily defined notion. Each person's definition of success is different.
The most successful person is not always the one with the largest home or the most
expensive car.

To be successful, one must first decide what success means to them. Finding one's
passion and pursuing it without reservation is what defines success. A successful
individual is the best version of themselves. Success is being true to oneself and aspires
for personal improvement every day, regardless of what the rest of the world sees. To
be successful, one must find a passion and devote their lives to it.

These interests vary from person to person. They could be in health care, law
enforcement, or child care, and yet they could also be in writing, art, or a trade. To
discover these passions, one must experiment in a variety of fields. I was fortunate
enough to discover one of my passions at a young age. I discovered that I am passionate
about assisting people in becoming as successful as they can be—whatever that means
to them.

A successful person will pursue a passion indefinitely once it has been identified. This
must be motivated by a "why" for why one is doing what they are doing. Having a
"why" will keep you going when things get tough and obstacles make success appear
unattainable. My why is that I know that when I achieve my career goals, I will be able
to encourage and inspire others to achieve theirs and become successful as well. Besides
that, some people do not remember the names of those who have amassed great wealth,
but rather those who have made their name by dedicating their lives to a noble cause
involving the creation of good. They have left their mark on history by not making the
masses comfortable for the sake of the greater good.
