As I watched the video, I realized that setting the right goals can mean the difference between success
and failure. Some leaders fail because they lead people toward the wrong objective. Great leaders set
clear, meaningful, and audacious goals. We need the right goals for the right reasons. Setting goals gives
you long-term vision and short-term motivation. It focuses on your acquisition of knowledge and helps
you to organize your time and your resources so that you can make the most of your life. It helps set the
foundation of who you are and will be. We set those goals for the purpose of helping to determine what
we should be doing. Although, sometime, it can be hard for us to stay by those goals.

The motivation starts with us and our physical and mental state. For goal setting, the OKR system is a
great tool to know and use. And for any event prof, OKRs would also be an excellent approach for any
event professional to not only advance in their personal and professional lives, but also to deliver
successful projects and create memorable events. The objectives in the OKR system are the high-level
general target, whilst the important results are like typical SMART goals. However, what really sets this
management tool apart is the emphasis placed on finding the ‘why’, the compelling sense of purpose
which makes goals more personal and important.

As a result, the secret to success in life does not lay in amassing a large fortune and purchasing all of
life's comforts, but rather in keeping simplicity, honesty, and character strength. People do not
remember the names of those who have succeeded in amassing big wealth but those who have made
their name in spending their life for a noble cause involving good of the making. They have left a mark
on history by not making the masses comfortable through their general good for a general cause
