3.1 Seller's services and scope of supply:

5. Design of workshop process flow chart, equipment layout drawing, foundation hole drawing,

3.2 The specific limits of the above scope of supply are as follows
1. Raw materials are delivered to the workshop 1 meter from the beginning
2. Intermediate products or finished products are sent out of the workshop 1 meter and finished
3. The by-products are sent to 1 meter outside the workshop
4. The water intake is sent to 1 meter in the workshop

3.4 The scope of the work undertaken by the buyer
1. Responsible for the design and construction of civil works

show in the below)
5. If the seller needs to design civil construction drawings, it should be priced separately
Part 4: Description of process flow and technical characteristics

4.1 process flow chart( please see process flow of 30T/D palm oil refinery plant and 30T/D palm
oil fractionation plant
4.2 Process characteristics
4.2.1 The workshop process adopts the internationally accepted advanced technology, which can
not only carry out decolorization and deodorization of conventional oils, but also carry out dry
degumming, decolorization and physical refining;
4.2.2 Most of the heat exchange equipment in the process adopts plate heat exchanger or spiral
plate heat exchanger made of stainless steel sheet material, which has high heat transfer efficiency,
so that the heat of the process is fully utilized;
4.2.3 The grease decolorization adopts the "circulation steam stirring decolorization tower", which
has the advantage of saving energy; Reduce vacuum leakage and stirring dead spots caused by
mechanical agitation;
4.2.4The filtration of waste white soil in the grease decolorization section adopts a high-efficiency
vertical blade filter, which has the advantages of convenient operation, continuous operation, low
labor intensity, good environmental conditions, and less residual grease in waste white soil.
4.2.5The oil-to-oil heat exchange in the process pays attention to the full use of energy in the
process
4.2.6The state-of-the-art "flash tower" and "efficient and gentle deodorization tower" provide
process and equipment guarantee for processing high-quality grease. The deodorization device can
not only efficiently and quickly remove odorous components such as fatty acids, but also make the
oil have a good flavor. At the same time, the tower has the advantage of saving direct steam (the
amount of water vapor is only 30-50% of that of conventional towers) and preventing the
hydrolysis of grease.
4.3 product quality
1. Dry degumming and decolorization section :
Decolorized products can be processed in one step and should meet the following quality standards
Acid value(FFA） --- the same as raw crude palm oil
Phosphorus content--- 3～5ppm
Moisture content --≤0.1％
Impurity(Insoluble in petroleum ether)--≤0.05％
2. Deacidification/deodorization section
The grease refined in this section can be used to produce biodiesel, which should meet the
following quality standards:
Acid value(FFA）--0.08％（Max.0.10％，As a guarantee indicator）
Peroxide value-- 0(meq O2/kg) is tested immediately after sampling
Moisture content--≤0.1％
impurity --No
phospholipid -- ≤10ppm

4.4 Technical-economic indicators

Refining losses(Tons of consumption)
Decolorization loss:In the white soil discharged from the vibrating filter, the oil content is
15~25%(Using Soglit extraction, it was detected by a dry sample of petroleum ether)
Deodorization loss: (To the physical refining process)
Its refining loss is equal to the free fatty acid content in the feedstock oil multiplied by the
following factors
