telling the truth so that leaders can take charge and steer events in the proper path. For the last part we
have “Respect” daily practice of respecting others is one of the most crucial things is the foundation. A
leader is capable. It'll reduce tension, reduce conflict, build rapport, and enhance effectiveness. There is
more to respect than disrespect is not present, and it can be shown in a variety of ways, but frequently
begins with being an attentive listener.

Support your answer.
The characteristics or qualities that I possess for being a nurse leader and management are all those
that have been described above, in my opinion, because they show how much more a good nurse leader
and manager can be. I selected them all because they could help me become a good leader and manager.
They are all important to me and will also help me to continue being a good leader and management.
Additionally, we know that these qualities are crucial to nurture in a leader or manager so that they can
succeed in the future. This may serve as our inspiration, so we must comprehend and support the qualities
mentioned above because they are all crucial to the lives of good leaders and managers.
3. Do you have trouble in leading or managing? What do you think that hinders you on becoming
an effective leader-manager? Pls. also identify your weaknesses and strengths.
Sometimes, I have trouble in leading and managing. I believe that my lack of leadership and
management education is what prevents me from becoming a successful leader-manager. When it comes
to leadership and management, my weakness is when I have to speak in front of an audience and give
them the instructions I was asked to. My life's weakness is that I am timid around everyone, but especially
when I have to speak to individuals I don't know or recognize. Next my Strength for being a good leader
and manager is family then my colleagues, my friends and also my knowledge in leading and managing
these strengths would be my luck.
4. Identify at least three management theories. Briefly discuss each theory and cite at least one (1)
specific example as applied when you are having your related learning experience in the clinical
area.
The Three management theories are the scientific method of management, the bureaucratic
management, and the administrative management. So First “Scientific Method of management”, The
scientific management movement gave rise to concepts that were revolutionary at the time, like employee
training and putting in place standardized best practices to increase productivity. Taylor used methods
from chemists and botanists to construct his theory, including analysis, observation, synthesis, reason, and
logic. This is why Taylor's theory is referred to as scientific. Taylor must be credited for developing the
idea of an organization being run "as a business" or in a "businesslike manner," which means efficiently
and productively. Next we have “Bureaucratic theory” According to Max Weber, the bureaucratic
management approach stressed the need for organizations to operate rationally rather than adhering to the
"arbitrary whims" or irrational emotions and intentions of owners and managers. Bureaucratic
management theory was developed by Max Weber and contained two essential elements, including
structuring an organization into a hierarchy and having clearly defined rules to help govern an
organization and its members. He discovered diverse traits in bureaucracies that would efficiently carry
out decision-making, regulating resources, safeguarding employees, and achieving organizational goals.
And lastly we have “administrative management” The theory of administrative management was created
by French industrialist and mining engineer Henry Fayol. This theory is concerned with the general
management, organization, and conceptual framework that are applicable to all organizations. According
to this theory, departments should be properly managed in order to fulfill organizational goals, and work
should be divided into distinct groups to ensure that tasks may be completed successfully. Last but not
least, one of my examples in the clinical setting when we are completing our related learning experience
is to create a team building in our group in order to ensure that none of us could experience an incidental
report. As a result, my group has a plan to have a team building so we can assist one another when one of
us lacks the tools or supplies required in the medical setting and we are supporting one another in
working at the area.
