    The medical department in PSF region 5 reported on their activities for the month of October which included a project called "Confessions of a Healthy Seed" to educate members on maintaining good health. Over four dates in October, graphics with affirmations and confessions about health were shared along with write-ups and occasional voice notes on WhatsApp to encourage members. The purpose was to bring awareness to avoiding unhealthy habits and reducing health complications. One new member was added and a health-related birthday was celebrated with the department now having a total of three members.

    Medical Department PSF region5 report for the month of (October)

    INTRODUCTION:

    In the month of October a Project tagged

    CONFESSIONS OF A HEALTHY SEED

    Was organised by the medical team.

    It entailed sensitization of the seeds in region 5 on the power of their words

    Saying it and seeing it

    PROCEDURE:

    Every 7 days of the month of October a graphic will be dropped containing Affirmation and confession
    for our health.

    Along side a write up

    Encouraging the seeds

    On some occasion a voice note was added to the message

    All this took place on the WhatsApp platform of the region.

    21st October 2021


    DISCUSSION:

    The purpose of the meeting was to educate my people on Paying attention to their health

    things that should be avoided so as to reduce health complications.
