This memo describes the progress of the work my team and I have done until now in building your new
office. You can most probably shift to your new office in the second week of August.

Background: As per the survey conducted, 60% percent of your employers wanted a white color in
office. 80% agreed on a large transparent window which will give a mesmerizing view of the Arabian sea.
The main problem which your employers highlighted was that during rain there are leakages which
allow the water to come inside. The office will accommodate 100 people at a time as per your
suggestion.

Work completed: We are done with tiling; the large transparent window has been fixed.

Work to be completed: In the next few days painting will be done and then soon we will move in
the furniture.

Anticipated problems: You should be aware of one problem:

 There might be some delay due to rain.

I will represent you the final report on 1 of August.
