Our Story
we had a passion for business in all fields that is why we started from the
last decade and we still going to this present moment with a vision to have
a future crowned with successful projects. Our humble beginning started
in contracting and construction as small projects growing in larger ones ,
Our first massive project was (juruf al nadaf) which had the doors opened
to many big projects in Al Basra and Al Mousel .
We had the honor to work with Iraqi Army Departments , Ministry of
Industry and MIC (Military Industrialization Corporation) as contracting
and supplying in 1976.
Then we have emerged into the green world of agriculture , we have
accomplished many successful project , but unfortunately due to the law
35 in 1983 which state “to prevent exporting and importing products” had
us confused in a field we loved working in.
After that we explored the world of spare parts , gradually we had the
glorious birth of building malls which we consider to be pioneers in Iraq,
to be the first to construct and build malls known as (Al Samereai Mall
which is specialized in tire trading, Mission Mall and Souq Mariam and
Said Mamool Complex).
Said Mamool Complex which is our last accomplished project has (666)
markets and (450) warehouse . Now we are in a process of constructing
new project under the name of (Mamool Mall) .

and a wide range in dealing with different fields
and relations with the world, our group has a wide
experience in executing all works from our

1 - AL MAQASID COMPANY FOR ENGINEERING AND CONTRACTING

LTD: it is considered the main company and it is specialized in
executing engineering contracting projects where it owns a staff
specialized in the field of civil and constructional works , building
residential complexes, road buildings. Its considered a pioneer
company in building malls which it built up Al Samarae mall and
Mission mall in Baghdad and these malls are specialized in tires
trading , it also has a fair knowledge in sanitary sewage, pure and
mixed water networks and has achieved several contracts .

2 - JUSSOR AL -ZAMAN FOR GENERAL TRADING , GENERAL

T R A N S P O R T A N D R E A L E S TAT E I N V E S T M E N T S A N D
COMMUNICATION : has a distinct staff of engineers in all specialties
civil, architect, mechanical , electrical and communication .It has many
activities in the field of supplying , contracting, construction works,
steel industries and concrete industry within a fleet of vehicles and giant
concrete batching plants , giant concrete pumps in various lengths .
Currently Jussor Al- Zaman is constructing a group of malls in Iraq
distributed on the iraqi provinces in the name of (Mamool Mall) in an
unified design where the first project work started in Al Mashtel area,
east of Baghdad.

3 - AL MAQASID COMPANY FOR ENGINEERING AND MECHANICAL

INDUSTRIES. LTD : this company has a full experience in the field of
manufacturing general spare parts , the ability of manufacturing the
automobiles bodies for different vehicles , tippers, containers , cement
silos and other projects within its competence. It has contributed
significantly in (The Ten Minds) project which is a leading program in
industrial and scientific building and developing of all kinds in
conjunction with UR satellite TV channel.

4 - MAMOOL ABDULRAHMAN SOLIDARITY COMPANY : this company

has executed many supplying contracts for ministries and
governmental departments and it is specialized in importing every
shipments essentially in raw materials and spare parts .This company
has a wide experience in Arabic and International relations which it
succeeded to establish a strong foundation of commercial relations
with companies.

5 - MAMOOL ABDULRAHMAN COMPANY FOR PRINTING AND

PUBLISHING : It is a company specialized in all works concerning
printing and publishing.

6 - AL HIKMA COMPANY FOR MOVIE PRODUCTION AND TV

DRAMA : This company is specialized in cinematic and television
works .

7 - AL-MAMOOL COMPANY FOR SATELLITE BROADCASTING : is

registered in Jordan which owns UR channel which is broadcasted from
Amman / Jordan.

DR.MAMOOL ABDULRAHMAN AL- NISSAN

is the only owner for these companies and owns many trading
complexes including Mamool complex in Hay Al Riyhad area /
Baghdad which includes 666 market and 400 warehouse and it
is specialized in trading of construction , sanitary and electrical
materials . Dr.Mamool owns over than 100,000 square meters
real estate in Baghdad center in Al Kharh and Al Risafa, he also
owns the numbered land (18) Al Duaigi which is 516,000 square
meters freehold in Al Shalamja area in Basra province located
on the highway . Dr.Mamool is the first pioneer in establishing
malls , he built the Al Samarae mall in 1987 which is
specialized in tires trading located in the road heading to Al
Rasheed camp , also Souq Mariam complex in Al Zafaraniya
and Mission mall in 1992.

The Beginning :
Dr.Mamool started as business man in early 1976 according
to numbered identification 7345 in 7/4/1976 - first class
which is authorized from Iraqi chambers of Commerce
Union as building contractor, constructor and general
transporter.

Dr.Mamool worked with foreign companies such as

(ATERNET Belgium company) which was one of the
important companies to work with to transport imported
asbestos pipes from Belgium through Tartus port in al
Lathikiya and Mersin port in turkey through the road that
connects Tartus and al Shaljia in Baghdad , this work lasted
for 24 months which has supplied all municipality units with
all of asbestos pipes and it has been assembled in
municipality stores near Biskulata factory .

Many projects has followed

 First project  

Biggest project in Baghdad was the industrial complex

project which was owned by Iraqi Ministry of industry and it
was on three stages ( A-B-C) , it was for (General Company
for Cars Trading ) starting from 1979 and other projects in Al
Basra.

 Second project   

In Al Basra which was vehicles park rehabilitation near block

factory in Safwan road and it was one of the biggest projects in
1981 and also in 1982 in al Basra on Raw road / industrial area.

 Third project  

Al Reebat big project in Al Basra in 1982 .

 Forth project 

Supplying for Iraqi government and Iraqi Army also strategic

contracts. Adding to that military supplies and especially
military mechanism engineering and military engineering
projects starting from 1982 up to 1988 .

 Fifth project  

Agriculture projects with agriculture Ministry in Shaharban

Diyala in 1983 on 1200 acres which it was invested in many
projects such as fields, machineries, poultry and farming.

 Sixth projects  

In 1989 has begun the construct of Al Samerai Complex and it

had the idea to gather all tires and batteries merchants in one
trade center to make it easier for the shoppers to have one
place to shop from rather than looking for their requirements in
many places . It is considered the biggest trade complex for
tires and batteries and it was ready in 1991.

 Seventh project 

Mission complex located in Baghdad center which was

constructed in 1992 and it is considered as the biggest trading
complex .

 Eighth project 

Souq Mariam Complex started in 1991 and it is one of the

important and leading markets in Baghdad .

 Ninth project  

Has begun in 2005 the work on Said Mamool Trading Complex

which is considered one of the largest trading complexes in
Iraq and has gathered all spare parts , sanitary materials ,
electrical materials merchants as wholesale market that has the
benefit to be one place to shop from all governors  of Iraq  ,
this complex is bulid on 36 acres land No. (161/2798
Bataween) which is private property owned by Dr.Mamool
Abdulrahman . It is now considered the biggest wholesale
market because it was built in empty region that the complex
had brought life again to the area (Camp Sara / Hay Al Riyadh).

Tenth project

In the 90’s the project was to supply Ministry of Industry and

Military Industrialization with raw materials    . Also managed
successfully despite the embargo to import raw materials for
bulb factory which was neglected due to embargo and that
was a challenge we won , then due to market needs we
produced oil lamp with approved international specifications.

 Eleventh project 

We supplied Ministry of Industry and    Military Industrialization

with many of raw materials that was needed from Iraqi
government to have an Iraqi national production .

 Twelfth project 

In 2001 we have signed an agreement to install a purification

seeds plant in Tilal Al Thibaae (Azezia) which is owned by Iraqi
Agriculture Ministry to build a huge project with cost of (one
billion I.D) , at the time it was one of the strategic projects in
Azezia which is owned by General Company for seed
production .

Thirteenth project

In 2019 we have begun to construct stationary batching plant

on Numbered land (45-46-47 Al Kharagolia) and we obtained a
fleet of cars and heavy machineries in order to produce
maximum quantity of concrete in one day ,we had collected
the mentioned cars fleet with two batching plant with total
production capacity (240 square meters / hour) which is (2400
square meters/ day ) with all production requirements including
concrete pumps with different heights reaches (47 m) , (11)
mixers and batching plant (10 square meter).
