VI. REPORT:

The project head met her goals, the event was successful through her efforts with the
Supreme Student Government College Department, ADIG, SUV and performers from
different departments. This was the first grand face-to-face International Peace Day
conducted by the Supreme Student Government with the collaboration of Rotary Club of
Dipolog City and with the invited keynote speakers. The event was highlighted with the
presence of our keynote speakers namely; the pride of Dipolog Ms. WinWin M. Sorela the
Queen Universe Philippines, Ms. Norhana Ruby Gumandol from Every Nation Youth
Dipolog and 1Lt. Larnie L. Deocampo (INF) PA- Civil Military Operation Officer of the 97IB
and two friend rescued. There were performers from different departments that
showcased their talents and admirable performance in focus of the modified theme “End
Terrorism and Discrimination, Build Peace and Promote Inclusivity”. Each keynote speaker
received tokens and certificate as well as the performers.

The event encountered a minor problems regarding the sequence of the event but the
Supreme Student Government officers were able manage them well. The project head
experienced a moment of difficulty but with the help of the committees, everything went
smooth and the Supreme Student Government received positive feedback from Dr. Gerald
T. Concha the Vice President of SEALD and from different department faculty.

VII. Recommendations:

The project head should start the preparation 3-4 weeks before the date of the project.. The
project head must update the committees every week before the event. Coordinate with the
Association on Department and Interdepartmental Governance, SAO United Volunteers,
SEALD and invited guests to have a successful and meaningful event. I recommend the
project head to have initiative and alternative plans if problems should arise. Encourage
the committees and performers to be on time before the event starts. Conduct a dry run a
day before the event to finalize the flow.
