Duration : 1:00pm to 5:00pm every Sunday (January 31 to February 21, 2021) VI. Rationale : The Covid-19 pandemic has affected not just our country but the whole world leading to lots of adjustment. Many people lost their jobs and some small businesses owners needed to close. Most of our time today were spent online especially during the strict enhance community quarantine before, until some provinces declared under modified general community quarantine where protocols were no longer that strict. As a result overthinking and being anxious is inevitable. We worry too much for the future and what will happen and how long this pandemic will lasts. On the other hand this project is for the community, which involves art making (Painting, Drawings, Illustrations) that may act or serve as recreational and at the same time a therapeutic activity to help reduce stress of anyone (artist or not) battling from mental issues amidst of the pandemic. To be followed by an online art exhibit through social media live. To sum it up it is a project that may turn artworks into cash which may help individuals with the present crisis. VII. Objectives : 1. To strengthen the bond of everyone in the community through free style art making while following all the safety protocols. 2. To create artworks and art pieces where everyone can show or express their feelings and emotions regarding about the country’s present situation. 3. To provide a relaxing/therapeutic activity that may serve as coping mechanism to those who are bothered and anxious about the pandemic.
