As per the order l t read above Government have issued sanction for
implementing scholarship scheme for Ten Teachers in Social Science and Languages for
Research in Centres Outside Kerala to provide Financial assistants for permanent
Teachers in Government Arts and Sciences Colleges of Kerala with a maximum
scholarship amount of Rs. 2.5 lakh each to research scholar and the parent institution
subject to the duration of the Research work by protecting the monthly salary of the
incumbent.
The screening Committee constituted for granting scholarship for selected
Faculties held on 23/06/2016 in the office of Directorate of Collegiate Education
Department, Tvpm. With references to the relevant provisions of the Government
Order the committee examined each of the proposal and selected one applicant from
each subjects having the highest mark and one applicant each from Economics and
Commerce that have more applications for scholarship. The name and deta ils of
selected Teachers are shown below.

5) Dr. Vijith.K, Asst. prof. Dept. of Psychology, Govt. Arts and Science College, Mankada,
Malappuram.
6) Dr.Godwin S.K., Asst. prof. Dept of Economics, Govt. College for Women ,Tvpm.
7) Dr.PrabhakaranHebbarillath, Asst.prof.Dept. of Hindi, Govt. Brennen College, Kannur.
8) Dr. Vinod Kumar Kallolikkal, Asst. prof. Dept. of History, Maharaja's College,
Ernakulam.

College, Thalassery, Kannur.
10) Dr. Sinitha Xavier, Asst. Prof .Dept.of Economics,P.M.Govt.College, Chalakkudy,
Thrissur.

The scholarships granted as per this order is subject to the following conditions

a) The Teachers Selected vide this order should relieve from the institution after
furnishing the bond for 2 years of continuance in service after the Research
work. He should join the Research Centre Outside Kerala with in a week
positively. The joining report with duration of the research work should be
furnished to this Office by return.
b) Amount for the college and the Teachers will be paid through the institution,
only after receiving the Joining report, by way of Demand Draft and receipt
should be furnished to this office.
c) The Utilization of the fund by the institution and the Teacher should be
furnished in the form of a Certificate by the institution by every month and it
should be reviewed by the head of the institution.
d) If any amount distributed to the institution or the Research Scholar is found to
be in excess by mistake or any other reason noticed later, the Teacher and
institution is liable to refund the amount received in lumpsum unconditionally.

The parent institution and the research scholar should download this order
from the website and relieve the officers accordingly.
