Office, WBPDCL = Member The Committee shall act on the following terms of reference: i) Since the judgement of Hon’ble Supreme Court has implications on members of EPS-95, both retired and on roll employees in WBPDCL, month-wise actual Basic Pay and DA of employees needs to be collated and validated w.e-. 16.11.1995 i:.0. such employees. ii) On declaration of detailed guidelines of EPFO authority, mode of operation and transfer of fund, ifecessary, to be prepared. iil) To assess the position and expedite transfer of fund to EPFO authority, ifso required, ata future date on issuance of detailed guidelines. The Committee shall ensure due preparedness before guiclelines of EPFO authority are issued i.e. within December, 2022 so that forthwith action can be initiated once detailed directives for compliance of the Judgement of Hon’ble Supreme Court is issued, This Committee shall continue to function till completion of all processes required to be complied with in view of Judgement of Hon’ble Supreme Court and the guidelines/circulars that may be issued by the EPFO for compliance of the aforesaid judgement. ‘Co-operation of all concemed in a concerted manner is vital in this accord.
