1. At the present global situation, describe the condition of the Philippine

architecture in comparison with our neighboring countries? What factors affect its
status?
- Looking at those buildings outside our country, we will see a strange design. As in their
structures are not capable of seeing in our country. Meanwhile, the designs we have
here are mostly consist of normal design of buildings. Factors that makes those
differences exist is base on the growth of our economy. The architecture here in our
country can equal the quality of our neighbors only if our economy is high enough to
provides materials that will be needed.

2. Of the government offices and buildings which Mayor Oca Malapitan has funded for
the city, which do you believed serves its purpose best? Explain :
(1) One of the structure that Mayor Oca Malapitan had established is the school which is the
University of Caloocan City because it benefits those students who want to persue college.
(2) Another building that has been considered the best is the City Hall because this
structure serves a lot of purpose and function to run the document being pass down
to a different people and places.
