The rules of polite and correct behavior.
Example: Opening doors for women and elderly. Pulling out a chair for a lady.
Letting women go first.

2. Manners
Manners are a way of making it easier to interact with other people.
Example: Saying pleases and thanks you. When young, referring to adults as Mr.
Mrs. or Miss. Wearing appropriate clothes to dinner.

3. Good Conversation
The definition of good conversation is about listening each other.
Example: Try to be funny, Try not to argue, listen and learn, Try talking less about
yourself.

4. Body language
Body language is basically a skill.
Example: Warm smile and greetings Respect and avoid negative body language
behavior.
