READING
What is the most dangerous sea animal to human? When this question is asked, people tend to
answer “the great white sharks”. However, this is not true. Great white sharks are dangerous
predators and can kill people easily. But, it is not the most dangerous sea animal. The answer to the
question is actually the box jellyfish! Box jellyfish do not have threatening teeth, but they have stings
on their tentacles. The tentacles can grow up to three metres long, and each box jellyfish has up to
sixty tentacles on their body. One sting from the box jellyfish is very painful. It can even kill human!
Box jellyfish swim in the sea of Australia from October to April. Do not swim in any Australian
beaches during that time.
