notification SRO-93 Dated 15-4-2009-application thereof in
respect of adhot appointees.

Attention is invited to the lammu and Kashmir Civil Service

(Revised Pay) Rules, 2009 as issued vide Notilcation SRO-93
dated 15-4-2009. A doubt has been
expressed about the
appllcation of these rules to the personncl engaged on adnoc
basis after Ist January 2005.

2. The issue has been examined in the Finance

s clarified that the provislons of the J&K
Department and it

Pay Rules, 2009 Issued vide Notification SRO-93 dated 15-4
2009 wi! also apply in the case of persons appainted on achoc
basis on or after 1.1.2006 provided that such appointments have
been made by tire Competent Authorlty and agalnst a clear
vacancy on temporarily basis after following prescribed
procedure.
3. The Administrative Departments are requested to kindly
Comimunicate the above instructions to ail the
Officers/Organisations under their admlnistrative controi.
