Youth and fitness.

Admittedly, playing sports is one of the most pressing problems in the modern world, but some people
are convinced that exercise is an integral part of the life of young people, while others believe that
young people can easily give up sports. I believe that physical activity is very important in adolescence. I
feel this for two reasons, which I will discuss in the next essay.

First of all, sports are very useful for the health of teenagers. Physical exercise strengthens their body, so
that young people are much less likely to suffer from various diseases.

Secondly, sport has a good effect on the psyche and mental abilities. Young people nowadays pay
special attention to the figure, and physical form increases self-esteem and gives confidence. Scientists
have also proved that the more physically developed children are, the better they learn school material
and apply it in practice.

Finally, thanks to sports, a teenager has less stress. Sport has a good impact on a teenager's life and his
future.

In conclusion, young people should go in for sports, as it affects not only their health, but also the health
of their generation.
