position of Software Engineer and again after 1
year to Senior Software Engineer based on his
continuous performance
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking are
two of Maninder's skills that stood out for me. To
quote one example, during a critical bug fix he
quickly analysed the issue and came up with a
proper solution which resulted in good
appreciation for the whole team and also reduced
the loss incurred to the client.
Maninder is an all-rounder who is well-known not
just for his work but also for his helpful nature
and proactive attitude. He is a very active
member of my team. All of the team members
think he's really accessible and ready to help in
any situation.
